“Meet Expectations for this price point”
The clerk on Wednesday 7-16-25 in the evening was very nice. The room had a nice desk. The bed, bathroom, and common areas were clean. There are many restaurants nearby, you can even walk to some. “Nice”
Everything was nice other than the smell of marjuana in the hallway and the room didn’t have a coffee pot which was disappointing but overall it was a nice stay

“Very good for the money”
If you are looking for a budget hotel in Marietta, look no further. Room was clean, area was quiet. But forget the breakfast and go out to one of many restaurants nearby..BTW, local gas is cheap. 12345

The place was clean and comfortable. The clerk gave me a room on the first floor because of my bad knees at no extra charge.
