“A good clean hotel”
This was much better than I expected, reviews here have been mixed. Our room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was better than I expected, it would have been nice if they had a waffle maker, but we had enough for breakfast. Located convenient to the highway, easy on & off.

“Pool is cold”
The pool was too cold for us to even get in, and pool room was cold when we first walked in. I heard another guest ask the front desk person, and they were told the pool stops heating at round 7pm (pool closes at 10pm) and that's the way it's set up / can't be changed. “It is ok”
We have stayed at Hyatt several times but a first for this location. I wasn’t thrilled with the $50 a day surcharge that does get refunded to you at end of visit. “Not the best Hyatt”
I wanted to love this hotel. If you have an event at the convention center, this is the perfect location. But the rooms are loud. I heard cars and emergency vehicles on the road next to the hotel all night. The breakfast wasn’t great….the eggs were cold, the French toast burnt and everything need… more
