“Pleasant surprise.”
This was a little out of the way but the price was better than the places on US69. Found the hotel to be well kept up outside (complete with flower beds) and the room to be very clean. The place must have been remodeled recently because the room was fairly well maintained. The internet worked we… more

“Good budget hotel”
We booked two rooms for four people. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Clean sheets, nice towels. The location was convenient for travel. Decent coffee in the morning. The owner's were lovely and cheerfully accommodated our late arrival. A good value.

“Fisherman friendly”
Stayed here while fishing on the Arkansas River. The room was clean. They have plug-ins along the parking area, to charge the boat batteries. The bathroom was small. The ice maker did not work. Good place for a couple of fishermen, but not a place I would take my wife.
