We couldn't have been any happier with our stay!! The staff was amazing - from Daniel in Sales - to the front desk staff - to housekeeping - to the GM. Everyone was professional and helpful. The room and bathroom were clean and spacious! Much bigger than we had imagined! The Fitness Center was great - multiple machines and weights! They also have a terrific free breakfast. And lastly, the location was perfect! - Walking distance to Outback Steak House and other restaurants. There's also a grocery store just minutes away. The rooms were very reasonably priced - especially considering how spacious they were - and included a full-size fridge, microwave, and dishwasher. This hotel rate would be triple in most other cities. I wish there were more hotels like this across the country!

“Very friendly staff. Clean and comfortable.”

Very clean, friendly staff, generous with checkout times. We had a large group, and they worked hard to accommodate us and make us feel welcome. Breakfast free. Not very extensive but kept readily stocked. Good coffee and assortment of teas.

I enjoyed my stay overall, but there were a few things worth mentioning. The biggest issue was noise. The doors and windows do not block much sound, so I could hear people walking in the hallway and even kids knocking on doors at night and running off laughing. I was on the fourth floor and could still hear traffic outside pretty clearly. The room itself was nice and just showed normal wear and tear. However, there was a noticeable yellow square-shaped stain on the shower wall, like something had been glued there and not fully cleaned off, which was a little off-putting. It also seemed like there was supposed to be a curtain separating the bed area from the couch, but it was missing. The desk chair had multiple stains on it as well, and the carpet was starting to come up where the kitchen area meets the sleeping space. The air conditioner worked well, but the fan had a constant chirping noise that was in definite need of some WD-40. It actually woke me up throughout the night every time the air kicked on, which got pretty frustrating. The elevators were also very slow and honestly felt like they were not moving at times, especially when stopping on each floor. The bed felt comfortable at first, but the longer I laid there, the firmer it seemed. That could just be personal preference. The pillows were pretty flat and did not hold up well, but I usually bring my own anyway. Breakfast had a lot of options, including a build your own sandwich, which I liked. However, the setup made it a little awkward to get to everything since it was all in a pastry style case. The bacon was extremely crispy, so much that it crumbled when you grabbed it, and unfortunately, the eggs, sausage, bacon, and potatoes were all cold. I also noticed a guest carrying her dog right up near the food while fixing her plate, which was a little concerning. The coffee, though, was good. As a Hilton Honors member, I was able to use the digital key, which was really convenient. I liked being able to pre-check in and go straight to my room without having to stop at the front desk. The parking situation was a little odd. It seemed like this hotel and the one next door share a lot, and the layout just felt a bit awkward. I did not use the in-room kitchen aside from the fridge, so I cannot speak much on that. It was one of the cheaper options in the area, but for a Thursday night it still felt a little pricey for what you get. I also noticed a $50 incidental hold added to my card without any heads up at check-in. I understand that is standard for most hotels, but a quick mention would have been appreciated. Overall, it was a decent stay with a few areas that could be improved. If the price is right, I would likely stay again.
