“Good”
My key stopped working after going down to the desk twice Justin Smith ( ENG) came and got the door reprogrammed and checked the battery. He then went all the way back to the desk to make keys himself and brought them back. While he was there he also fixed the smoked detector. He was fast and effic… more

“Great hotel with awesome customer service”
Our 2 night stay at the Embassy Tulsa was great!! The rooms were comfortable and clean. Tasha in the dining area and Nahjali at the front desk has impeccable customer service!!
