I wasn’t really sure what to expect after reading some of the reviews and seeing the traveler’s pictures. I took a chance anyway and it was a good choice. The young lady at the desk and one of the breakfast attendants provided nice and friendly service. Our room was very clean. No bed bugs and no broken or taped fixtures. I do agree that the contractor who did their remodel did some shotty work and should never be used again. Nevertheless the hotel is updated, clean and bug-free, which was my biggest concern.

“Unfriendly & short breakfast time.”

Although I made the 2 night 3 person reservation & they used my credit card, they had it in my husband’s name who wasn’t on the trip! Had to call him in the phone. Breakfast shut the doors at 9:00 even on Saturday & Sunday. Meager & out of eggs. Had to peel eggs. Very unfriendly hotel. Won’t retu… more

I set up the Hilton Honors yet they’re only in my husband’s name! This was the one by the airport.

“Shoddy construction”

Love this hotel concept. From the outside the hotel looks shiny and new. While our room was clean the contractor who built our room must have been drunk, the freezer door doesn’t open all the way because it it too close to the wall. To turn on the shower you will get wet. The faucet is at the far end of the shower on the opposite side of the sliding door. The grab bars are by the faucet so nothing to hold while you get in and out of shower. The grab bar sticks out so tough to get completely under shower head. The mounted soaps and bath wash are right by the shower head so the water takes the soap off your hand immediately why jot Mount it towards the back of the shower? The bathroom faucet was either mounted too far back or it is too short,. The water comes out almost outside the sink. The dresser doors won’t stay shut. The silverware drawer only had one fork and two spoons. Don’t know if all the rooms are this shoddy or just room 424.
