Though property was undergoing renovations and upgrades, the experience was excellent. Was surprised at how nice my room was, as hotel got 2 stars. Recently remodeled. Comfy bed, clean room. Just 7 miles from airport in Eugene. Office is being remodeled but one of the family came to my car to greet me.

“Very pleasant surprise!”
The owners live on site and were very friendly and accommodating. The rooms have been remodeled, were very clean and comfortable. This is a very convenient location for west Eugene. I recommend this motel for economy and cleanliness.

This place is about as close to the airport as you can get. Really old place that has been functionally maintained and kept very clean. It is a real "ma and pa" business now owned by the second generation of the family and could be a real find for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable bed … more

“One night stay”
Stayed at Budget Lodge for one night with my family of four. Was surprisingly impressed with the room. Just recently redone and was very happy with it. Had 2 queens in separate rooms so lots of space for everyone.
