“Family weekend”
We were met by a very friendly front desk person, Tabby. Our room was upgraded to a suite which the grandkids loved. The city had a "blackout" that night. Tabby brought out board games and lit candles in the lobby making it a fun adventure. Tara on checkout was super nice We will definite… more

“You'll love the elevator and the location”
A very cool hotel in downtown Hood River, one block from the train station where the Mt Hood Railroad Christmas Train loads up. Very quaint. Comfy Swedish breakfast and lunch cafe next to the lobby. It ain't the Hilton though, but you'll love it. Fireplace in the lobby. Homey. There are stair… more

“Hood River Hotel is a go-to if you're visiting Hood River”
Always a go-to for us, especially with the great off-season rates they're offering now. Tara at the front desk was a great help, answering all of our questions and helping us choose a room that worked for us.

“Excellent Historic Hotel”
The hotel was charming and well located in the heart of the historic district. The room was large, clean and charming. It was on the first floor which was convenient for luggage. We would stay there again.

“Great location downtown!”
This best thing about this hotel is the location. I like to be able to walk to restaurants and shops which is exactly what you get if you stay here.
