“Customer service was fabulous.”
This Days Inn is conveniently located close to, but far enough, off the freeway. We were on the ground floor, next to a motel 6 (with an outdoor pool), but with the patio door closed our room was quiet, both from the freeway and the chatter of children next door. “OK”
The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was old, but clean and comfortable enough. The location is ok. I was not happy to notice a $5.75 charge on my credit card after we left. I called and was told that it was a service charge. I was not told about this ahead of time.
