“Nice hotel in Portland”
Older hotel that has been renovated. Nice location. Had a hiccup when checking in that was quickly resolved. Would I stay there again? Yes.

“Unexpected Elegance at a Great Price”
My stay at Mark Spencer exceeded my expectations in every way. The hotel entrance has the charm of an old building and the room was modern, spacious, clean. I had great sleep in the comfy bed. The staff was always available and kind.
