“The Best Universal Resort that you must stay at.”
The location was perfect. It was right next door to the Universal Park. They had shuttle buses to take you to any of the parks, It was so convenient - No Stress at all. Typical noise level and atmosphere. You can hear kids running down the hall and all types of families, near and far everywhere… more

Stayed in a 2 bed suite, tower 1, floor 3. Staff were all very helpful, lines for check in were long but staff worked quickly to get through them. Great for going to parks but not really a resort or a place to stay in all the time and breakfast is quite expensive but you can get deals on prices hear

“Total disappointment with the hotel's security”
We bought some sneakers and left them in our room inside their bags. However, when we returned, they were gone. We complained at reception, and the only response we received was, "We're very sorry. Security didn't see anything... but you can come back later and ask." We find it incomprehensible tha… more
