If you're considering a hotel in this price range, you should set your expectations accordingly. Although the property is somewhat outdated and could use a refresh, it meets basic needs. One notable policy is that rooms are only cleaned upon request, a detail the front desk communicated upon our arrival, although it can be inconvenient. The room had its drawbacks, such as only one electrical outlet, which was insufficient for charging multiple devices, and the pillows provided were quite small, detracting from a comfortable sleep. On the positive side, the pool area was functional and relatively uncrowded, offering a decent place to relax. The staff at the front desk were very pleasant, and complimentary coffee in the lobby each morning was a welcome perk.

“Solid budget choice”

My daughter and I stayed here on the February long weekend and it was fine. Everything else was $$$ that weekend. My daughter and I stayed here on the February long weekend and it was fine. Everything else was $$$ that weekend. It’s not lavish but it was clean and it’s an ok location on the south end of the strip, opposite Elmers breakfast place - a very popular spot. The pool area was actually nicer than some more expensive places I’ve stayed at in PS. The bathroom was the only thing that was a little off and was showing its age but acceptable. This review is a 4/5 on a budget scale - not compared to all hotels. The front desk gent when we arrived was also one of the best ever - polite, well-spoken, good sense of humour and helpful. Thank you.

“OK, bit rough”

Better then I had expected, given some of the negative reviews. Yes, this is an old hotel and not that well maintained – but overall fine for a budget hotel. Room was not large, but OK. Bed, desk and chair, TV, fridge, microwave, drawers. Everything reasonably clean. Couple of problems – the laundry is now on an online-payment system which is not trivial if you don’t have a US phone number. Reception staff can’t offer any solutions and they should – the company that manages this has answers. Secondly, the area looks rough – the vending machines are covered by wire grilles to prevent people from breaking into them and stealing sodas… There is a small pool, outside in the middle of the parking area... did not look too nice.
