“Lovely stay and wonderful staff”
Beds were comfy and we never heard any surrounding noise like at other hotels. Breakfast had a great variety of options and Kathy was such a sweet lady and it was such a wonderful morning welcome ❤️ She had such a kind smile and was very helpful!

“Ulrich Family Trip”
IHG hotels are always clean and can’t beat the free breakfast. Lots of options. Kathy was very helpful during it and kept the place looking tidy!

“Three cheers for ESU!!”
It was like being home again! (In my home away from home) and it was a great night. The new beds are like sleeping on a cloud and Frenchie and the gang made me feel right at home. If I’m away there is no place I rather be!

“100 fantastic”
To say the staff was amazing would be an understatement. From arrival to checkout was fantastic, we were greeted with smiles and was very welcoming. Kathy on day of checkout was the icing on the cake. I can’t wait to come back to this hotel. Won’t forget the hospitality. Thank you
