“So thankful!”
I had lost an earring at some point during the day. I had no idea where or when. When I got back to the hotel, the person who cleaned my room had found it in the bed and left it on the desk in the room. I asked at check out how I can thank them and the said “no need. We had tickets for American Music Theater, an ice storm was forecast for the area so we got an overnight stay here. Super nice, super clean, super comfy. Room was well lit, bathroom well stocked. “Exceeded All Expectations”
Not sure why this hotel only garners a 4.0 Google Review cumulative rating. Based on our recent experience, the Comfort Inn Lancaster at Rockvale deserves far better.
