My stay was superb. I’m not sure where any of these bad reviews are coming from. The service was wonderful. The front desk was consistently helpful. The few requests I made were handled in minutes. Ignore the poor reviews, because those people do not "get it." The vibe is the W, the status is the W, the luxury is the W, the comfort is the W. The front desk was professional and accomodating. “Recommended very popular -great staff”
Fun experience -the hotel was very busy, obviously very popular. We really enjoyed the pool although seating is incredibly difficult- we didn’t get seats and had to sit on a cushion! But the staff for lovely the room was very nice housekeeping were very kind.
