Location: This hotel is located in the heart of downtown Pittsburgh's business centre between the US Steel Tower and the Mellon Arena. “Our favorite USA hotel.”
We have stayed here many times and everyone, from Alley at the front desk, to DeVon, Curtis, the restaurant waitress etc, is super pleasant, friendly, helpful and welcoming. The hotel is clean and quiet. Love feeling like it’s home away from home when we visit out son.

“Newly remodeled”
I have stayed at this full service hotel at least four times in the last two months. It is newly renovated with very friendly staff. “Good location for event at PPG Arena”
Attended A10 Basketball Tournament this weekend. Proximity to PPG Paint Arena is perfect. Hotel is under renovations so a lot of disruption at the moment. Decent hotel with cleanliness, staff is friendly and accommodating.

Excellent except for minor SERVICE SABOTAGE. WHICH SEEMS TO BE RESOLVED BY 60%. HOUSEKEEPING REFUSES TO SERVICE MY ROOM. EVERY TIME. AND ON ONE OCCASION. THEY CONTACTED POLICE
