“Great Hotel in the middle of a shopping center!”

The Pittsburgh Waterfront Holiday Inn is a wonderful place to stay. It is beautiful, clean and friendly. “Renovations coming along nicely. ”
Older hotel but renovated room was very nice. Customer service was very good as well. In particular, Ryan at the front desk was outstanding in his efforts to assist. There’s not much directly outside the hotel but everything is not very far away either.
