“Worth staying here...needs some work, though.”

Room 204 was ok...very spacious. The people in the room above me, #304 I would presume, had heavy feet and the floor squeaked terribly (hard to sleep when they were walking around at 3:00am), there's a slight musty smell about the place, the grout on the bathroom floor was cracking and falling out … more

Room 204 was ok...very spacious. The people in the room above me, #304 I would presume, had heavy feet and the floor squeaked terribly (hard to sleep when they were walking around at 3:00am), there's a slight musty smell about the place, the grout on the bathroom floor was cracking and falling out (I actually stepped on a piece in the middle of the night, cut my foot), there are NO actual USB ports except for the 2 on the cheapo Timex clock/radio, no channel guide for the TV, the breakfast was nice (eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal, bagels, toast, etc), 24 hr coffee station is DEFINITELY nice, no bugs were seen, bed linens were clean, towels had a few light stains. Not a bad place to stay, just needs some refreshing. I'd stay there again. 1000x nicer than the neighbors at Motel 6!

“Fine for what I needed”

I was in York because my mom was in the hospital. This room served its purpose giving me a clean place to shower and sleep. I would not stay there for pleasure. I was in York because my mom was in the hospital. This room served its purpose giving me a clean place to shower and sleep. I would not stay there for pleasure. Out of the MANY free breakfast I have had at various hotel chains this was the worst: waffles (which are everywhere now), scrambled eggs, sausage (I usually see 3-4 hot food options) and only 2 choices (usually there are 3-4) of cereal (Cheerios and Fruit Loops). It is also very loud - you can hear the outside traffic and voices in the hall. I will say that the staff was very pleasant though.
