“Excellent stay:great location and fantastic service”
We’ve stayed at the Hotel Rose about half a dozen times now, and it never disappoints. The location is wonderful, with easy access to the MAX, Tom McCall Waterfront Park, and downtown shops, so getting around Portland is easy. “Great location and reasonable pet fee”
Great downtown location. Very reasonable parking and pet fees, especially if you go for the park and bark special.

“Okay for short stay”
Good location-right off the expressway and very attentive staff. Building/rooms need updating. The food was meh, but it was nice to have a restaurant and bar in the hotel.

“Excellent guest service”
Following Portland’s exceptionally hot day which occurred the day before our arrival, the AC system was totally shut down. Of course, room temperatures were very warm. Yet, an uncommonly responsive and kind young man at Reception (Micah Ottow) assisted us with alternative lodging arrangements. Hi… more
