The customer service was phenomenal! We called to let them know that our flight got cancelled which caused us to not be able to check in until 3 AM. “Best Location and Rooms in Raton”
If looking for an excellent hotel to spend the night, doesn't get any better than Best Western in Raton, NM. Staff very professional, rooms spacious and comfy, location close to highway for easy exit, breakfast and dinner great, shopping area for snacks and souvenirs available, and dogs welcome!!

“Excellent for night after a long travel day”
We stayed here, with our dog, for one night. We found the toom spacious and comfortable. The dog friendly room had tile floor which I thought was brilliant! We enjoyed our breakfast, also. Check in and out was a breeze. Highly recommended.
