Good hotel, easy on-off the freeway. Parking was easy. Used the Hilton app to check in & select room. Worked like a charm. Bed was a tad hard for me, but room had everything needed for a good night’s sleep. Couch in the room could’ve used a cleaning. Note, our room faced the interstate and it was actually pretty quiet. Breakfast food was well stocked and we enjoyed it. Nice dining area and wonderful staff and front desk. Would stay again.

“Good hotel, but service could be better.”

I’ve stayed at this hotel twice in my life, and both times it was a very pleasant, clean stay. But there was one thing that I remember being better last time than this time, and that was the service. The only highlight about the service was the front desk. She was very pleasant, warm and welcoming. The others were kinda a flop. I didn’t get a standard room at this hotel, I got a suite. Fancy, I know. A suite in every hotel should have 1+ beds and a sofa-sleeper (couch that turns into a bed). I had no comforter on the bed. I was staying with family and decided to sleep in the sofa while others took the bed. No comforter whatsoever. Not in the bed, not in the closet, nowhere to be seen, not even a simple blanket was given. I called down; they apologized and said they’d bring one up. 30 minutes, a called again, and a different person answered who was kinda rude and said they’d bring one up in a little bit. 30 minutes later, I called again, same person answered, said he had no idea what he was talking about and said one would be up shortly. 1 hour later, I went down to the front desk and an entirely different person was there who was also a little rude, said that there were no more blankets or comforters left. I told her to go check and she reluctantly agreed then came back 2 seconds later and said the exact same thing. I had to sleep with just a sheet. I was a bit cold at night, but I love it close to 50 degrees Fahrenheit when I sleep, so it wasn’t a big deal. After breakfast, I told the front desk agent about the situation, because I knew for a fact that it was a different guy from last night, or the phone calls. He said kinda rudely, “yeah, that happens sometimes, you just gotta deal with it.” This review is 4-stars because the room was so clean, with a microwave, mini-fridge, everything. The pool was fantastic. The breakfast was amazing. No noise at all at night. This place is very well managed. It just needs sprucing up on the service. Location was also great. Hopefully when you stay, you have better service.

“Not a Great Hampton Inn”

We are “Hilton fans” so always look for a Hilton property while traveling. This Hampton Inn is not one of the better ones we have stayed in over the years. It is quite worn, our bed & pillows made sleeping very uncomfortable, and the lobby areas are dirty.
