“Fantastic stay in Newport RI”
Facility was spectacular. Great customer service; entire staff was very friendly, however Hector at front desk " hit it out of the ball park" went above and beyond to make this a memorable experience for my family

Very friendly staff, clean rooms and common areas. I was there for a conference and the facilities were great and the food services were very good too.

We loved our stay as it was for our business convention- the only complaint we had was the lighting in the room - only one small hanging lamp and no overhead lighting but after a request a lamp was delivered which helped.
