“Top notch hospitality”
The room was clean and quiet. Chardonnay is the absolute best person to greet you. She welcomes every guest as they walk in or out and is such a joy to see. Her hospitality is top notch! Thank you for making our stay so warm and welcoming, Chardonnay!

“Quick night while traveling”
The rooms were clean and comfortable. Chardonnay at the front desk was phenomenal and brought a great energy to the check-in process. The check-in process itself was ver fast and easy as well, as was check out. I received my folio very soon after check-out as well.

After a late flight, I was so pleased to spend the night at the Fairfield Inn. It's a short walk from baggage claim (though shuttle is available if you call). “Location Can't Be Beat!”
We had limited time choices flying from JFK up to Rochester so being able to walk outside the airport just before midnight and take a few short steps to the hotel was perfect and very reasonably priced.
