“Luxurious and relaxing business trip”
Wonderfully luxurious accommodations overlooking the river. I enjoyed watching the large ships come through with all of their cargo...I could have sat there all day, but had a conference to attend. “Not fancy or worth the money.”
The valets were amazing, Leland on the day of departure was great. HOWEVER!!! The room had stains on couches, mirror was peeling, the front staff were horrible. The A/C did not cool the room. It took two days of repeated calls and requests to get maintenance to the room. No explanation of amenitie… more
