We had an amazing time at Great Wolf Lodge with our family! From the moment we arrived, everything was wonderful. There was so much to do for everyone, and the kids had an absolute blast with all of the activities and the water park. It was the perfect place to spend quality time together and make great family memories. The staff was friendly, the resort was clean, and there was always something fun going on.

My family loves our stays here at poconos, great wolf lodge location.We come here 4-5 times each summer, and every summer we keep on coming back. Thank you Grate wolf for creating an excellent family experience.

We really enjoyed our stay. The water park was the highlight, but the kids' activities and events were also great. We added the Wolf Pass add-on for our daughter and had to find time to fit everything in because there were so many free activities as well. The staff was above and beyond friendly. On our arrival day, we were greeted and wished a nice stay by several staff members as we passed them in the halls, and their greetings felt genuine. The room we stayed in, the Kid's Cabin in the Mountain Tower, was great, clean, and spacious with a large TV that we never turned on (signs of a good trip). Also, I love that room access is via the wristband instead of cards that always seem to get lost or deactivated. Cons: The Wolf Pass add-on for $99 is an upsell pass, not an all-inclusive pass for the items included with the purchase. The Mirror Maze included on the Wolf Pass was closed for renovations, and we were not told about it when given the pass at Guest Services, nor were we offered an alternative. Eventually, after asking for the location of the maze, a worker stationed outside the water park looked up information and let us know it was closed and that the instructions were to pick another activity as a substitute. Our daughter chose a second round of mini-golf. Another unavailable activity was the ropes course. It rained, so the ropes course was not an option; again, no alternative was mentioned. We just passed on that one, but I assume we could have substituted, like the maze. However, the point is we paid $99, two activities we paid for were unavailable, and no one mentioned it or offered a discount or alternatives. The Build-A-Bear included with the pass was limited to 3 particular bears; all the others, including the most popular ones, came at an additional cost. I think all bears should have been an option without additional cost. Also, the 3 arcade games included with the pass were okay, but being offered a discount on purchasing additional tickets, but that discount was only valid right then at the counter before we walked away, was such a horrible tactic. I should have been able to use the 3 game for my daughter and, if I wanted to, come back to purchase discounted tickets because I had purchased the add-on Wolf Pass, versus someone paying regular price because they did not purchase an add-on pass. Buy here right now or lose out is not a good customer feeling or experience. Also, things were pretty pricey. It was our first time, and with the number of people staying there, charging 2 to 4 times regular retail price really affected our experience. We went to buy 3 plain hot dogs with ketchup, and after declining specialty hot dogs, we were told the total was $32. After making sure I heard correctly over the water and echoes of kids having fun, I walked away. Yes, I had already paid almost $10 for 2 waters and close to $45 for 2 hamburgers, 2 fries, and 2 drinks, but I drew the line at $32 for 3 hot dogs with ketchup. Overall, despite the price shock, the experience was very good; the staff was great, and the room was great. It's an awesome, though pricey, especially for Pennsylvania, family trip. Next time I hope to do a larger family trip using the villas, but bring our own food and water.
