My second 5 night stay at the Great Valley Sheraton in Frazer Pa. Both times very friendly staff. Good hot breakfast with eggs, bacon, sausages, French toast or pancakes, fruit, baked goods, coffee and juices. Some days made to order omelets. I have stayed in 305 and 405. Both suites with front room, a bath room, a bedroom with a King bed. Two TVs a refrigerator, coffee maker and safe. We used the meeting rooms. Their restaurant and bar are good and popular. Outback Steakhouse is next door and there are several stores and restaurants in Exton to the west and to the east. We loved Anthony’s Italian and Pizza. Nice place to stay in this area.

“Not up to par”

The hotel is conveniently located, but the experience leaves a lot to be desired. The bathtub was dotted with mold and a dried out washcloth from a previous occupant clung to the shower curtain rod. The hotel is conveniently located, but the experience leaves a lot to be desired. The bathtub was dotted with mold and a dried out washcloth from a previous occupant clung to the shower curtain rod. The curtain in The room had an obvious blood stain. On previous visits, I witnessed the slowness of the kitchen as the staff disappeared for 20 minutes at a time. However, the worst offense was the young man at the front desk who gave out my room number to a total stranger. These things are easily fixed and I hope management pays attention. Until they do, I won’t be returning.

“Clean room and comfy beds, but could use updating”

My room was clean, the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable, and the shower water temperature was perfect, but the rooms are old and need updating. If you are looking for a modern, fancy hotel, this is not it. It’s pretty basic, but for a short stay, it does the job.
