“Five Star Customer Service”
Hotel was clean. Price was reasonable for summer in the Black Hills. Can't say enough about the management. We were biking through on the Mickelson Trail and had a number of non-standard requests. They were so nice and supportive. i would absolutely stay there again. Five stars for customer service.

The hotel didn't look too inviting on my arrival but it surprised me a little in that the room was clean and tidy, the bed was comfortable and the amenities were ok. “Basic hotel with a few frills, very sparse breakfast”
This was a reasonable place with decent accommodations but it seemed like no one cared. Other than check in there was never anyone at the front desk.
