“Great Place to Stay while visiting Mt. Rushmore”
We stayed here a couple of nights while visiting Mt. Rushmore. The staff at the front desk was very helpful and friendly and we were able to get an upgraded room based on my status in IHG. The room was spacious and everything in the hotel was spotless.

Nice hotel with super friendly check in girl. Convenient location for multiple activities in the Black Hills. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

“Great location, clean and comfortable”
Had a 4 night stay as we explored the Black Hills region. The hotel location just on the edge of the town of Custer was very convenient. The room was a good size and very clean. The balcony was a nice bonus. Staff were polite. Some items at breakfast were missing or short.

“Lovely Place to Stay for Visiting Area Attractions”
Lovely exterior that blends into the surrounding landscape beautifully. Our double queen room was quiet and comfortable. Very clean. Nice large bathroom. Continental breakfast was the usual fare - hot and refilled well as needed. Very nice location to stay when visiting Wind Cave NP, Mt. Rushmore… more

“Room was great”
Service was very good and the room was great. My issue was with kitchen. Food prepared and being brought out to buffet in not so clean containers. The container holding the sausage patties has scraps of egg ln bottom. I never saw that in any other hotel Ive been to.
