Received a phone call from the motel en route apologizing for not being able to accommodate our request for first floor but said they would have a room ready when we got there. We arrived an hour and a half before check in (still quite surprised we could get that soon) and the lady that called us also checked us in. Her name was Natalie and she was very welcoming. We were in SF for a basketball tournament. The night desk attendant was great by cheering on our team when we went out and filling in the bracket when we returned. Her name was Destiny and she definitely made our stay more fun and enjoyable! The motel is quiet and the location is perfect for attending sporting events, concerts, or managing medical visits. If you have a dog, there is ample green spaces available. Elevators are quick and breakfast is well supplied. Really enjoyed our stay!

“A well maintained property directly across from Sanford Hospital via skyway”

This was one of those late night pull-over type of thing with our dog. It’s tourist season and we were scrolling through and calling hotels as far as Mitchell on Interstate 90. First of all, there aren’t a lot of hotels just past Sioux Falls heading west. We called a couple as far away as Mitchell at 11:00 p.m. at night so we called it quits and headed for this hotel in Sioux Falls. The night shift was just coming on and the lady at the front desk was super sweet and loves dogs. This hotel appears to have been constructed a few years ago when Hilton launched its Home2 Suites Brand of cheerfully colored interiors, wide spaces and thoughtful things such as places to eat breakfast outside if you wish, a dedicated shelter out back for the smokers and ample parking. The parking turned out to be a little confusing and we think we ended up in the hospital parking lot on the south side. We scored parking there and marched in for a brief sleep and then on our way. A dog walkers paradise with sidewalks and grass and a quiet neighborhood. The room was clean and oversized with the standard large drape down the center. It was 226 at the end of the hall, in case you have a large family or in a wheelchair; the room was just a large unappetizing space, but clean and nice. We had a great breakfast (you know the drill), the usual stuff, pancakes and such. They have the fixings for their own breakfast sandwiches which included fried eggs,hash browns, cheese and more (not my jam, but a good effort). We bounced out early in the morning amongst a crowd of families headed for the Black Hills, doctors, travel nurses and ever present utility construction workers. Not close to the Interstate, but on your way out of town your navigator will send you down Historic U.S. Highway 20 which is very similar to our Route 66 travels.

“So Convenient”

The convenience of this location is priceless when loved ones are in the hospital. The well lit & security of the SkyWay connect makes it incredibly safe to stay with your loved ones after dark. Staff at hotel was amazing. The rooms were very quiet and comfortable. Great breakfast too!
