“Comfortable Stay in Syracuse”
This hotel is in perfect proximity to Syracuse University, Upstate Medical Center, Crouse Hospital, downtown, and the Syracuse OnCenter. It had one of the cleanest rooms I have ever experienced and all of the hotel's staff were wonderfully kind and helpful.

“Dated Building, but Best Staff!!”
It's an older building so it's got some older building quirks. Cracked tiles, squeaky doors, creaky bed frames, lights that flicker sometimes. Certain bathroom stalls chronically out of service, etc. Some people complain about the more 'retro' feel and the orange, but orange happens to be my favori… more

“Happy Lady”
Wonderful staff . I was visiting because my husband was in the hospital . Everyone made sure I was taken care of . Steve Thompson made sure I had everything I needed . I am very grateful .
