“My family and I go back every year”
The overall experience was great, but one of my rooms had a wet carpet smell that we had to get resolved with housekeeping, and they really long wait lines to check in

“Decent”
For the most part it was good, a little disappointed over the indoor waterpark. Slides were constantly breaking down and the lack of inflatable tubes was insane. You would see a ton of them deflated at the bottom of every slide. So many people having to stand around and wait to find any decent tube… more

“Not what was expected for a resort”
I was extremely disappointed in the way this resort is run. They did not have all of the restaurants open. The resort was very busy and they could have been making money.
