“Southern Hospitality at Its Finest”

“Excellent Choice ”
Wonderful new hotel. All the tick marks. Polite check in, nice rooms, best shower, perfect water pressure, large towels, good coffee, nice bed. Perfect. 1 comment for the management liven up the lobby and dining area and change the lighting to warm yellow. The bar and food area needs improvement

“Sheraton In Name Only”
Nice room renovation of decrepit Four Points. New lounge and restaurant which is chronically understaffed. Titanium Elite breakfast benefit is coffee and a roll. Front Desk runs from downright rude to top drawer.Swimming pool has never been repaired/opened.
