“Very quiet and clean rental.”
We rented this place for four days and loved it! We were able to walk to Broadway with no problem. Everything was very clean and the few questions we had were answered promptly. Plenty of space for a couple. We would stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The host was good about checking in with me to make sure we were well taken care of. “Excellent location!!!”
The SoBro is cute and clean and priced right. This place was exactly what we were looking for, close to the action of Broadway but tucked away enough to be private. Parking lot was a great added amenity. I would highly recommend the SoBro!!

What a fantastic stay we had at SoBro Avanstay!! We were in suite #20 and it was everything we could have hoped for on a weekend getaway to Nashville.
