“Amazing concierge”
Our amazing concierge Ivy had a razor sent to my room in less than 5 minutes after asking her for one! “Someone forgot the 4th floor ”
Our room was on the 4th floor. One of the elevators reeked of mold and the smell worsened when exiting the elevator on the 4th floor.
