I had just lost my house and kids in the divorce and needed a trip to find some space. In walks Ibrahim, who instantly put a smile on my face. He gave me a great recommendation for a local bar and parked my car with excellent speed.

“There’s better in Austin”
The hotel needs updating - especially the pool & spa area which is an abomination. The location for downtown although a bit edgy is good. Team is friendly which makes up somewhat for the lack of amenities.
