“Thanks Ezekiel!”
Took a visit to this hotel to enjoy their beautiful coffee shop inside! I was promptly greeted by a valet gentleman named Ezekiel who was so kind, attentive and respectful as he permitted me to leave my car in his sight while I enjoyed my coffee. Thanks again, Ezekiel!

“Pleasant experience”
I had a great time at the hotel, very accommodating room, and shout out to Alexander on the drive. He was so helpful and friendly. Overall a good stay!

I enjoyed my stay at Renaissance Downtown Austin. Everyone was very helpful, especially Brenden, one of the valet attendants.
