“ISA went above and beyond providing nice service”

Travell was for business on the weekend— the front desk staff was very welcoming! The lobby had a fresh scent and there was complimentary water. The suites were roomy and clean. Good water pressure . “Good,but some flaws to be attended”
The hotel is situated outside the busy city center. Our room was very spacious and nice. There are some small details that need some tlc. “There are better options as this one is very tired.”
This place is not a horror story but it has seen better days. We have all been there, stains on carpet and furniture, bathtub on its third round of caulk, shower head sputters due to calcium and handle loose and ready to fall off. Staff is great!
