“Rocky start but handled well by staff.”
Upon check in, the hotel seemed well appointed and staff were very professional. My initial room had some noise issues that were unable to be remedied without a room change. “Trendy spot to be “seen,” rooms are poor and LOUD”
The common spaces are beautiful and very trendy at this hotel. The pool area is nice, restaurants, and coffee bar all really cool. However it’s clear the budget for this hotel stops at the rooms.
