Location: This hotel is located in Waxahachie, Texas, a small town with a big history. Guests will stay outside the high-energy pace of Dallas and have the opportunity to nestle into the warm small-town atmosphere. The hotel is located near I-35E at US 287, offering easy access to any part of the Dallas/ Fort Worth Metroplex. It is only a few minutes' drive from the many corporate offices in Waxahachie, the Visitors Bureau, the town centre and the nearest restaurants, about 30 minutes' drive to the Southwest Center Mall, half an hour by car from Downtown Dallas and 45 minutes from Fort Worth. Visitors may take a tour of the Ellis County Museum and the Ellis County Courthouse or visit the historic Chautauqua Auditorium. The Texas Motor Speedway is worth a look, as are the legendary Fort Worth Stockyards National Historic District, the Dallas World Aquarium, the Dallas Arboretum and the Botanical Gardens.

“Great location near many stores and eateries and the university SAGU”
Older but clean hotel great location went for eclipse lots of people just stayed on the grounds for eclipse. We went to a Christian college near by SAGU. “Wait until the work is done”
Convenient location but obviously an older hotel that is NOW in the process of being upgraded. Once that is completed I am sure I would give it 5 stars— nice staff and very big suite with jet tub in the room. Sad that the luggage carts have to be tagged to remind folks to bring them back to the lob… more

“Very satisfied with my stay”
Expectations were either met or exceeded during my one night in a King Suite. Room comfort and space was perfect. Very quiet and relaxing. Excellent front desk service. Short drive into downtown Waxahachie for dining options. Housekeeping was also very good
