“Great family trip”
We stayed at Hilton Antone with the family and honestly had a great time. The kids absolutely loved Jade Waters and spent most of the trip there. “Breakfast at Media - ask for Dolores”
Dolores at Media was great at breakfast. She really went out of the way to welcome us into a much needed relaxing weekend at breakfast, what a great start to the day! Seeing her the next morning at breakfast was a delight, she remembered us and we look forward to going back!

“Excellent customer care all around”
I had an issue with my room when checking in and the staff handled the matter with care. Kindness and professionalism. Every staff member I encountered from the bellhops. To housekeeping to front desk was great and several staff went above and beyond as it was my birthday as well as Business

“Great experience, beautiful hotel”
This hotel is beautiful and has the best customer service. We were here for a conference. It was spacious and had wonderful amenities. My room was great and clean. Lawanda and Meka, Guest Ambaasadors with the Vacation club, gave great information, professional, and courteous.
