“Not the amenities you remember”
If you’re booking for the great breakfast, keep looking. This may just be a casualty of the post-COVID loss of amenities, but breakfast has gone downhill. “Great hotel, non typical extra costs/charges brought satisfaction down.”

“Please fix your ICE machine.”
You have to pay for breakfast and the all the ice machine in every floor was not working. The only good part was the room service came and empty our trash out.
