“Nice hotel”

The hotel was easy to find off the highway and had lots of parking. It seems to be in a safe area. The room was clean and comfortable with everything we needed. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was good and the Texas-shaped waffles were a nice touch.

The front desk staff here are very friendly. The room was very dated. No outlets anywhere near the nightstand/headboard. The bathroom caulking between the tub and floor looked disgusting and dirty. The front desk staff here are very friendly. The room was very dated. No outlets anywhere near the nightstand/headboard. The bathroom caulking between the tub and floor looked disgusting and dirty. The ceiling was patched in the bathroom. The room refrigerator was very noisy. Comfortable beds and decent sleep. Good breakfast but no decaffeinated coffee available at front, had to request. Biggest issue was lack of places to plug in devices.

The staff were friendly. We were a little surprised to see so many dogs in the hallway being walked – but the desk told us they are a pet friendly hotel. But we do like dogs and they were all well behaved. The room was very nice and clean. The breakfast was comparable or better than a “Comfort Inn” breakfast- but we liked our Drury Inn breakfast much better. The location was nice and easy to access off the highway.

The hotel itself is clean and well maintained. The desk clerk needs training. She was friendly, but not knowledgeable. I had to go back to the car to get the confirmation number. The hotel itself is clean and well maintained. The desk clerk needs training. She was friendly, but not knowledgeable. I had to go back to the car to get the confirmation number. Then she found the reservation under the name provided. She did not acknowledge us as a member. She did offer free water, She asked me to verify the amount being approved. Then she mentioned the $100 for incidentals. She did not mention the breakfast times. She was not knowledgeable about local restaurants. The location is close to several restaurants, but the traffic jam to get to them is trying. The breakfast was pretty well done. The only meat was a sprinkling of chorizo in the potatoes. There were no spoons in the limited cereal toppings. The room was good size. Good mattress. The room was the near the freeway and noisy. There was not hot water. After the unmarked hot water was on for 20 minutes, it got up to lukewarm. The toilet flushed with a long noise sequence while taking a long time to refill. The A/C blew from the bottom of the bed into the guests' faces. There was no notepad and pen. The fitness center was well equipped. The TV above the treadmill had no signal.
