“Love this hotel”
Doubletree in the Galleria is my second home away from home. The staff is always friendly and the rooms ate always clean and smelling good and can't leave out the delicious cookie they give you at check in lol

“Perfect Stay”
I became sick while staying overnight, and Pinky made my stay very seamless and stressless. Her care and attention were of the utmost importance to me and she shined. The waitress, on our first day here, was also very personable and fun. My family and I will be staying again!!!

“Excellent customer service”
Ginita P who works at the front desk was a marvelous help to me, she help me sign up for a Hilton member ship, told me where to find everything and was wonderful and pleasant the whole time , she made me feel like a special guest and I am definitely returning thanks too her help

“Good”
The staff were very friendly and did their best. Courtney was a big help at the check-in and the bellboy. The hotel could use a facelift but the staff make up for the shortcomings.
