“Great customer service”
The customer service provided by Brandi was exceptional. At a hotel where many people are tired from canceled and delayed flights, as was my situation, she was a ray of sunshine and made me feel totally at home. She was friendly, kind, and optimistic. Thank you Brandi!

“OK for an airport layover if you avoid the restaurant!”
Friendly staff. Bedding and mattress were comfortable. Houston was having a cold front and the room stayed cold... because I could not change the settings on the air conditioning/heating unit. “Mediocre Service”
Room was ok. Cleaning staff vg. Front desk staff mediocre at best. The enthusiasm and care for customer service was woefully lacking. Kind of a sketchy area too. Vagrant seen walking in. Roaming around the vacant bar area freely. Will I stay here again? Doubtful
