“Wonderful staff”
I visit Houston for business frequently and this particular JW Marriott is my preferred location. The staff is very attentive and genuinely care for their guests. All the staff helps make a business trip more enjoyable most notably Gabriel and Martha Q.

Absolutely love this place I come to Houston often and I always stay at JW Marriott. I love great location and great staff members who always make me feel like home.
