“Convenient for business travel”
Great experience - our shuttle driver Collins was super friendly, safe and knowledgeable. He accommodated our pick up at the end of the day, which was so appreciated!

“Lovely hotel starting to go in wrong direction”
Stay at this hotel every time when I come to Houston from UK. Love the area the hotel is in and the staff are very friendly but starting to see hotel going in the wrong direction which is a real shame. “I expected a higher standard of cleanliness.”
While my stay had its highlights, I was disappointed to find significant mold growth in the shower tile grout. For a hotel of this caliber, I expected a higher standard of cleanliness and better attention to bathroom maintenance. I hope the management addresses this quickly for future guests.
