DON'T BE LIKE ME AND ORDER AN UBER TO GO TO THE WRONG HOTEL. THEY HAVE A FREE AIRPORT SHUTTLE. DON'T CALL THE WRONG HOTEL FOR AN AIRPORT SHUTTLE, EITHER. Excellent stay. The room was a great value. Clean, comfortable room. A clean, modern gym. There is an outdoor pool but I didn't use it. The free breakfast was nice, with hot scrambled eggs, bacon, a waffle station, and hot grits. The staff was friendly. They have a convenient, free shuttle back and forth to the hotel. It has a comfortable bed, a sofa bed, a kitchen, and a desk. There was no chair at the desk, but since I only stayed one night, I didn't ask for one to be brought to me. (It looked like they were in the process of replacing a bunch of chairs that the arms had gotten ripped on the bottom of the desk.) I lost my driver's license on this trip, which was alarming. The hotel staff found it, and cheerfully mailed it back to me when I emailed them a shipping label. For what I paid, this was an amazingly good stay with great amenities. Just one thing: I am a coffee snob, and almost no hotels serve good coffee. This hotel serves the same Sams Club-style coffee. It's a small quibble, since none but the truly luxury hotels serve good coffee for free, so I didn't take off a star for this.

“Needs some TLC to improve”

I have stayed at this hotel twice in the past 6 weeks, because it is close to the airport. I’ve only slept in the room, leaving before 5am each time, so I can’t judge any amenities, only the room. I have stayed at this hotel twice in the past 6 weeks, because it is close to the airport. I’ve only slept in the room, leaving before 5am each time, so I can’t judge any amenities, only the room. The bed is comfortable and the room was clean each time. Checking in was easy. But the toilet seats in BOTH rooms do not fit the toilet, so sitting on the seat is at your own risk! The lights in the parking lot do not work, I did report this at my first visit and six weeks later, the lot was still unsafe for travelers. There’s wear and tear in the rooms, some attention to repairs and for heaven’s sake, fix the lights and toilet seats.

“A Quick Visit”

I stayed here for one night on a layover. The property from the lobby to the room was clean and comfortable. The front desk staff was helpful. The free shuttle to DFW is prompt and convenient as well. I would definitely stay here again while in town for a quick visit.
