“Overall good stay”
I had a great stay at the Residence Inn in Plano. Check-in was smooth, and I appreciated being given a choice of floor preference, which was a nice touch. “Mixed on Residence Inn - tired and not living up to its brand.”
We stay in Marriots a lot both for business and family on the road. This was easily one of the worst Residence Inns we've stayed at. This could have been a Fairfield or a Townplace.
