“A hidden gem.”
Don't let the price or location fool you, this place is a gem. Whoever is in charge of the cleaning takes it very seriously. Not only are the rooms sparkling clean, our room didn't smell like they dumped 10 lbs of carpet fresh on the carpet like most hotels do today. A pleasant surprise. We visit o… more

“Best Western in San Antonio l 10 east”
Mrs Patel is awesome. And in the morning Lorrie is so nice and sweet. The breakfast is 1st class. Hot and fresh. Eggs sausage and hash browns. Waffles. Fresh fruit and cereal. And hot coffee and juices and Hazelnut and cream. The staff is courteous and professional.

“Amazing Customer Service and Support!”
This was an amazing experience! The hotel was very clean and the room was very clean! The black lady in the kitchen area was amazing. Very conversational and welcoming.
