“Treated like family.”
When we checked in, Rachel made me feel like family not just a customer. She went out of her way to help me with the parking app. And she arranged for Sofia to come up to the room to make up the sofa bed. Sofia was very polite and made sure we had enough blankets to keep us warm. We will… more
